Start with any Reformer, Mat or Hot Mat class — every one welcomes complete beginners, and with only six people your instructor sets you up personally. The one-time founding offer gives you three classes for €45 to find your favourite.
Through the schedule page — pick a class, pay by card or Apple Pay, done. Booking takes under a minute and you can cancel free up to 12 hours before.
Comfortable fitted clothing and grip socks — we sell them at the desk if you forget. For Hot Mat, bring water and a towel. Everything else is here.
Reformer credits cover Reformer and Advanced Reformer. Mat credits cover Mat and Hot Mat. Memberships cover any format.
Not at all — the café is open to everyone, whether you've trained with us or not. Members get 10–15% off food and drink.
